The Supplier shall make everyeffort to ensure prices are correct at the point at which the Buyerplaces an order. 6.2 The Supplier reserves the rightto withdraw any Goods and/or Services from the Website at any time.

6.3 The Supplier shall not be liableto anyone for withdrawing any Goods and/or Services from the Websiteor for refusing to process an order. 6.4 The Suppliers onlinedescriptions are as accurate as possible, as most are taken directlyfrom the manufacturers manual or product literature. 6.5 Most pictures are generic imagesof the item described.

TheBuyer has the responsibility to contact the Supplier in the event ofa return request. 11.2 Nothing in these Terms andConditions shall exclude or limit the liability of the Supplier fordeath or personal injury resulting from the negligence of theSupplier or that of the Supplier's agents or employees. No waiver by the Supplier (whetherexpress or implied) in enforcing any of ist rights under thiscontract shall prejudice ist rights to do so in the future. The Supplier shall not be liable forany delay or failure to perform any of ist obligations if the delayor failure results from events or circumstances outside istreasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, failure of anycommunications, telecommunications or computer system, breakdown ofplant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materialsfrom a natural source of supply, and the Supplier shall be entitledto a reasonable extension of ist obligations.

If any term or provision of theseTerms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable forany reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provisionshall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shallcontinue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditionshad been agreed with the invalid illegal or unenforceable provisioneliminated. 15 CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 16 GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION.
